• A really beautiful 1990s dress
• Label is 'Citi Dress' Made in USA
• The most beautiful pastel print, an abstract floral watercolour
• Slinky Rayon/Acetate with a wonderful weight and drape
• Scoop neck, cap sleeve, empire waist and swishy A-line skirt
• Some wear at shoulders (I think due to the weight of it on a hanger causing tension) including a mended hole, really doesn't detract.
